This daicha bean pasta is a specialty of the Shonai region of Yamagata Prefecture, "Tadacha beans from Tsuruoka, Yamagata Prefecture"
We use "brown rice from Yamagata Prefecture". I made it without using wheat.

It is made with low temperature drying of more than 36 hours and original technology, so it has a chewy texture.

Please enjoy it deliciously with salad or spicy soup.
